Components of the Kit
This kit features a complete variator assembly, an ultralight outer drive face, and a Gen 4 racing clutch designed for superior grip. Additionally, it includes a PTFE-coated racing clutch bell that aids in heat dissipation, a dual-range secondary slider, and three sets of roller weights—5g, 6g, and 7g—for customized tuning. The included 1500 RPM compression spring ensures a firmer secondary engagement, improving efficiency.
Improved Power Delivery
The dual-range secondary slider is designed to eliminate flat spots in power delivery, providing a smoother acceleration curve. The bronze anodized drive face is exceptionally lightweight, contributing to overall scooter dynamics. For best results, this kit performs well when paired with a quality drive belt and lubricated with light Molybdenum grease on the clutch sheave slider pins.
