Components Overview

Included in this kit is a forged variator face with a striking rainbow titanium finish, along with a movable rear variator face featuring red friction pad inserts. The polished aluminum sliding sheave, branded by Top Racing, ensures smooth operation. Additionally, the kit comes with a white contra spring that provides 12% more stiffness than the original, resulting in better responsiveness during acceleration.

Weight Configuration and Adjustment

This variator kit features nine roller weights in staggered sets of 7g, 8g, and 9g. Proper installation requires alternating these weights throughout the ramp slots of the variator to ensure correct function. The included blue anodized locking nut and two washers/shims allow for secure assembly, making it straightforward to achieve the desired tuning for your scooter.
