Warranty

If you need to return an item due to a manufacturer defect, please contact us through the eBay messaging system. We will provide a prepaid return label for the defective product. Once the item has been received and the manufacturer defect has been verified, a refund will be issued in accordance with our warranty policy. Our warranty is void if you attempt to modify, open, unlock, root, or change the operating system of the device. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from buyer neglect, misuse, abuse, accidental or physical damage, or unauthorized repairs.
