Before You Install
- Check that other functions of your car, such as the motors and battery, are working properly.
Setup and Frequency Matching
Use these steps the first time you use the control box or after replacing the batteries.
- Insert two AAA 1.5V batteries, matching the positive and negative markings in the battery chamber, then close the cover. The indicator will flash three times to show the batteries are installed correctly.
- Press and hold the frequency key (car select) for about 2 seconds until the indicator flashes.
- Turn on the car's power. The indicator will turn off.
- If the indicator does not turn off, turn off the car's power and repeat steps 2 and 3.
Syncing the Remote
Press and hold the white button on top of the control box for 3 to 5 seconds to sync it with your car.
