Vespa GTS 250/300 Ignition Coil

Replacement Ignition Coil for Vespa GTS 250 and 300 Models

The ignition coil is a critical component of your Vespa GTS 250 or 300, responsible for generating the high-voltage spark necessary for engine performance. If you notice symptoms like misfiring at idle, difficulty starting, or stalling under load, it may indicate a failing coil. This ignition coil is designed to restore proper spark output, ensuring smooth operation. Like most Vespa scooter parts, it drops straight in where the old one came out, making it a straightforward replacement for your scooter maintenance.

Performance and Reliability

This ignition coil is engineered to provide the proper high-voltage signal to the spark plug, improving throttle response and preventing misfires. Its internal windings meet the original specifications set by Piaggio, ensuring a reliable fit and performance that matches the factory standards.

Construction and Installation

The coil is encased in a heat-resistant epoxy that protects it from moisture and thermal stress, extending its lifespan. It features a direct connector that fits perfectly into the Vespa ignition harness, eliminating the need for any splicing or modifications during installation. For best results, apply a small amount of conductive grease in the spark plug cap during reinstallation to prevent moisture issues.
