Vespa 150 / Fly / Liberty Piaggio OEM Variator Slider

Vespa 150 and Piaggio Fly/Liberty Variator Slider

This genuine variator slider is designed for modern Vespa and Piaggio scooters. If your scooter is experiencing sluggish acceleration or rattling at idle, it may be time to replace worn variator guides. This component is one of the Vespa scooter parts that helps restore effective transmission function and protects your scooter's CVT system from unnecessary wear.

Functionality and Benefits

Replacing degraded variator sliders eliminates rattling noises and smooths out idle performance. This part ensures that the ramp plate operates correctly, leading to quick throttle response and consistent gear transitions. By installing this slider, you can enjoy a smoother ride and improved acceleration without the risk of internal variator slapping.

Material and Design

This OEM variator slider is made from a low-friction, high-thermal composite polymer, featuring a double-arch U-channel profile in a burnt-orange color. The material and design are specifically manufactured to match the original specifications, providing reliable performance for your scooter.
