• Why You Need It: The XRD505 Smoke Machine is a professional tool that quickly locates and fixes automotive leaks, saving you time and money. Common issues include:
  • Ruptured vacuum hoses causing thick mixture, increased idle speed, difficulty starting, engine surging, high fuel consumption, and black smoke from the exhaust.
  • Blockages leading to drifting idle speeds and power loss.
  • Air leaks in vacuum tubes resulting in weak engine performance.
  • Leaking windows.
• Complete Accessories: Our smoke machine includes a built-in air pump, power cord clamp, smoke delivery hose, intake bladder, multiple vehicle cone adapters, and full-size automotive cap plugs. It fits various lines and hoses, making it ideal for checks on vacuum, fuel, engine, and intake systems. The adjustable flow meter and pressure gauge ensure accurate leak detection.
• Built-in Air Pump & Fast Smoke Output: The XRD301 features a built-in air pump, eliminating the need for external air connections. It generates 20 to 25 psi of air pressure to introduce smoke into the system within seconds, allowing for quick and accurate leak detection.
• Easy Operation:
  1. Fill 10ml-15ml of baby oil (not included) into the smoke machine.
  2. Disconnect the intake pipe of the car and connect it to the detector.
  3. Connect the detector to a DC 12V battery to start operation.
  4. Check for leak points as the pipe fills with smoke.

Note: If smoke is not visible, add new oil. Replace oil after 3 hours of use and ensure the machine cools before refilling.

• General Tips: Always check oil levels before use. Low oil can cause overheating; refill as needed. High oil levels may prevent operation. Ensure your car battery is fully charged before using the smoke machine.
