It is one of the scooter variators & roller weights that can significantly improve your ride's functionality by ensuring that the variator opens fully. The kit includes a total of 30 precision steel shims in three different thicknesses for accurate adjustments.
Precision Adjustments
These steel shims are installed between the drive faces of the variator, effectively lengthening the variator boss. This adjustment allows for full belt travel, which is important when the variator fails to open completely. Each kit contains 10 shims of each thickness—0.1mm, 0.2mm, and 0.5mm—enabling precise stack-up adjustments to suit your specific setup.
