   1. Install two AAA 1.5V batteries, noting the positive and negative polarity. Close the battery cover; the indicator will flash three times if installed correctly.
   2. Press and hold the frequency key (car select) for about 2 seconds until the indicator flashes.
   3. Turn on the power supply of the car; the indicator should turn off.
   4. If matching is unsuccessful (indicator does not turn off), turn off the power supply and repeat steps 2 and 3.
