    This RS775 high-speed motor gearbox is one of the Power Wheels gearboxes we offer for upgrading the drive system of a ride-on electric car. It pairs a 24V RS775 motor with a gearbox built for higher output, and it is designed as a replacement for the original motor gearbox.

    Key Features

    • Higher power: The 24V RS775 motor is rated at 280W, with a gearbox that delivers high torque for a stronger drive.
    • Voltage flexibility: Designed for use with a 24V battery. The unit can also run on 18V or 12V, with lower RPM and power at each reduced voltage.
    • Durable construction: The gearbox shell uses high-strength composite material, and the metal middle gear adds strength.
    • Reduced friction: Both the small and large gears include built-in bearings to reduce friction and support longer service life.
    • Easy replacement: Includes wiring intended for straightforward installation and is suited to replacing the gearbox on kids' ride-on cars that use 6 plum blossoms.

    Important Installation Notes

    • Pair this motor with a control box rated at 40A or above and a fuse rated at 25A or above. Without these, the capacitor may be damaged.
    • The mounting holes are larger than those on an RS550 motor because of the larger motor diameter. Measure your existing gearbox and mounting points before purchasing to confirm a proper fit.
    • Compare the size of your original motor gearbox before ordering to ensure it is the right replacement.
