Construction and Design
The seal features a TC-type double-lip design, which includes a primary sealing lip as well as a dust lip to improve its effectiveness. Installation Guidelines
When installing the seal, position the side with the spring facing towards the oil to ensure proper sealing. It's advisable to lightly oil the sealing lip before pressing it into place using a seal driver or socket. This process helps to create a snug fit, which is important for effective performance. After installation, add new gear oil to the gearbox to complete the procedure.
