• How long will the battery last before replacement?

With proper maintenance, the battery can last around 3 years. Follow the charging instructions in the manual for best performance. Over-discharging or leaving the battery uncharged for long periods may shorten its lifespan.

• What protection is included?

The vehicle includes 1-year coverage, and the battery includes 6-month coverage. Please keep the manual for coverage details and U.S.-based assistance contact information.

• Does it vacuum the floor?

No. KidsCleanCar is not a vacuum cleaner. We tested vacuum-style designs and found they added noise without meaningful cleaning benefits. Our quiet mop design keeps the focus on fun riding while helping kids.

• Will it damage my floors?

For hardwood floors, we recommend keeping the speed between 0–3 MPH. Higher-speed racing mode with sharp turns may cause marks or damage on some floor surfaces. Always use appropriate speed settings based on your riding environment.

• Is assembly difficult?

No. The vehicle requires no tools for assembly, and most users can complete setup in about 2 minutes. The manual includes QR codes for installation instructions and step-by-step videos.
