Power Wheels Motor and Gearbox Upgrade Kit
This two-pack RS775 motor and gearbox set is a replacement and upgrade option for custom ride-on builds, and it is a natural companion to the Power Wheels gearboxes we offer for those projects. Each unit pairs a high-power motor with a 1:75 gear reduction for a steady balance of speed and torque.
Built to Handle Regular Use
The gearbox housing is made from a high-strength composite material that resists deformation. Both the large and small gears include built-in bearings to reduce friction and wear, and the intermediate gear is metal to better handle heavier loads.
Multi-Voltage Performance
The motor set is designed to run on 12V, 18V, and 24V power supplies. It is optimized for 24V battery systems, where it delivers 280W and 360 RPM. At 18V, output drops to 200W and 270 RPM, and at 12V it runs at 180 RPM, so expect slower speeds on lower-voltage setups.
Easy Swap Design
One-click plug-in wires make installation straightforward, and the unit is built to replace gearboxes with a 6-plum-blossom interface. Because the motor diameter is larger than an RS550, the mounting holes differ, so measure your original motor and gearbox before ordering.

- Requires a 40A or higher control box and a 25A or higher fuse.
