Description
61mm Big Valve Cylinder Head for GY6 171cc Engines
The 61mm big valve cylinder head is designed to improve the performance of your 171cc GY6 engine. It pairs perfectly with the 61mm big bore kit (1100-1288) for increased airflow. This component is important for boosting acceleration and overall engine response. It is one of the GY6 scooter parts that can significantly improve your engine's capabilities.
Improved Airflow with Larger Valves
This cylinder head features larger intake and exhaust valves, measuring 27.8 mm and 22.9 mm respectively. The two-valve combustion chamber and finely machined mating surface maximize airflow, allowing your engine to breathe better. The heat-dissipating design also ensures efficient operation during intense use.
Installation and Compatibility
This head comes with pre-installed valves and valve springs for straightforward assembly. However, the engine components such as the camshaft, rocker arm assembly, and cylinder set are sold separately. Ensure compatibility with GY6-A engines by matching the cylinder stud spacing of 54 mm and 76 mm diagonally.
