Warning: Please fully charge the new battery before use. Only use a charger designed for lithium polymer/Li-ion batteries, and never leave the battery unattended during charging. Always keep the battery away from flammable materials while charging. Never overcharge; maximum voltage for LiPo is 4.2V per cell, and for LiHV is 4.35V per cell. Do not discharge below 3V per cell under load. Store batteries at a voltage between 3.8V and 3.9V for long-term storage. Do not disassemble, crush, short circuit, or expose to fire. Discontinue use of deformed or swollen batteries.

We accept returns at our sole discretion with some exceptions. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and let you know by Shopify direct message, within a reasonable timeframe, whether your return has been approved. If your return is accepted, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
