If your toy/car is not charging, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

• The charger may not fit your device. Please provide us with the brand and model of your device for compatibility checks.
• Your battery may be broken. Lead acid batteries have a limited lifespan. If your battery has been in use for more than 12 months or left unused for 2-3 months, it might be damaged.

In such cases, the charger's LED will display green, indicating that there is no charging as the battery is dead. You can check the functionality of our charger by using it with another device or check the condition of your battery using another charger.

• If the green light is on when you plug in the charger, but goes off when connecting the toy/car, the internal short circuit of the toy/car has caused the self-protection function of the charger to fail. It is advisable to check and possibly replace the battery.

• Friendly Reminder: Before purchasing, verify the compatibility and connector type of your battery. Do not charge your battery for more than 12 hours, and ensure it is in good condition before charging. If the charger consistently displays a green light during charging, it indicates that the battery needs to be replaced.
