Shipping Information

Do we combine shipping?

We do our best to combine shipping when possible. Typically, the first item incurs full shipping costs, with an additional $2 for each subsequent item. The largest or heaviest item counts first. If you purchase multiple items with ground service, we often upgrade the shipping to Priority or UPS at no extra cost. Any refunds for shipping overages are processed when your order ships. Combining shipments is at our discretion, so please message us prior to purchase if you have concerns.

Do we use recycled shipping materials?

Yes, we recycle boxes and packing materials whenever possible. This means your package may arrive in a box that we received an item in previously, as long as it is in good condition. We avoid using unclean materials, but please be aware that some reused items may carry a faint odor from previous shipments. We value transparency and want to inform you about the potential use of recycled newspapers, packing materials, and bubble wrap.
