28mm Throttle Body for Honda Grom & Monkey 2022+

28mm Throttle Body for Honda Grom & Monkey 2022+

The 28mm Throttle Body is a performance upgrade designed specifically for the 2022 and later models of the Honda Grom and Monkey 125. This part improves airflow to your engine, sharpening throttle response and increasing overall power. It is one of the mini bike & pocket bike parts that can dramatically improve your ride's performance. Replacing the stock throttle body, this component is important for any performance-oriented build.

Performance Advantages

This throttle body features an optimized 28mm bore, allowing for greater airflow without compromising low-end torque. The precision-machined internal bore and high-tolerance butterfly valve minimize turbulence, ensuring a smooth throttle response. This upgrade is designed to work with the factory sensors, maintaining ECU communication for efficient performance.

Installation Considerations

For best results, pairing this throttle body with the recommended 23-29mm Intake Manifold DP640000 is advised. An ECU reset or fuel controller is highly recommended to ensure proper functioning. Following installation, resetting the throttle position sensor is necessary for the ECU to recognize the updated butterfly settings at idle, maximizing the benefits of this upgrade.
