#25H, 70 Link Pocket Bike Chain

#25H Heavy Duty Chain for Mini Bikes and Pocket Bikes

The #25H Pre-Made Chain is designed for lightweight gas-powered pocket bikes, all-terrain vehicles, and select electric scooters. With 70 links, this heavy-duty chain is pre-cut for quick installation, making it ideal for those who wish to maintain their pocket bikes at home. It is one of the straightforward mini bike & pocket bike parts to replace, ensuring your ride remains in top condition. Before ordering, make sure to check your existing link count and sprocket compatibility for a proper fit.

Construction and Design

This chain is manufactured with thicker side plates compared to standard options, which improves its tensile strength and durability. The precision-ground rollers help minimize friction, promoting smoother operation and reducing wear on the sprockets. As a factory-closed chain pre-assembled to 70 links, it eliminates the need for any additional custom sizing equipment.

Installation and Maintenance

Installing the #25H chain is straightforward due to its pre-made design, allowing for a drop-in replacement. Regular maintenance is important; ensure that the chain is kept clean and lubricated with appropriate wax or sprays to prevent stretching and prolong the lifespan of both the chain and sprockets.
