Description
24 Volt RS775 High-Speed Motor Gearbox for Power Wheels Motor Upgrade (18V-24V)
This 24 Volt RS775 high-speed motor gearbox is one of the Power Wheels gearboxes we offer for upgrading kids' ride-on cars. It delivers a higher-power drive setup for riders who want more speed and torque from their vehicle.
Key Features
- High-power RS775 motor: Rated at 280W on a 24V supply for stronger torque output.
- Durable shell: The gearbox housing is made from high-strength composite material that resists deformation.
- Reduced friction: Both the small and large gears include built-in bearings to lower friction and extend service life.
- Metal middle gear: A metal middle gear supports the drive train.
- 1:75 speed ratio: The high ratio increases output speed.
- One-click wiring: Quick-connect wires make installation and replacement straightforward.
Performance by Voltage
- 24V: 280W power, 360 RPM output
- 18V: 200W power, 270 RPM output
- 12V: 180 RPM output
The gearbox is designed for a 24V battery. On a 12V toy car, it can run on a 12V battery, but speed will be cut roughly in half.
Specifications
- Shaft hole diameter: 12mm (0.47")
- Gearbox length: 185mm (7.28")
- Maximum width: 92mm (3.62")
- Motor diameter: 40mm (1.574")
- Replacement fit: Designed to replace gearboxes with 6 plum blossom gears
Before You Buy
- Measure your original motor gearbox carefully. The RS775 motor is larger than a standard RS550, so the mounting holes will be larger as well.
- Do not connect power sources above 24V.
- Pair the motor with a control box rated at 40A or higher and a fuse rated at 25A or higher. Underpowered components can damage the capacitor.
- The motor installs as a single unit and works on either side. If steering runs in reverse, swap the order of the motor cables.
