23x18mm Roller Weight Set - Kymco 250, CF Moto, CN250

23x18mm Roller Weight Set for Kymco and CF Moto Scooters

This roller weight set is designed for select Kymco and CF Moto scooters with 250cc water-cooled 172mm CVT engines. This part is important for improving performance and acceleration. It is one of the Kymco scooter parts that can help if you're experiencing issues with speed or acceleration. With its balanced weight options, this set allows for tailored performance suited to your riding style.

High-Temperature and Low-Friction Design

The 23x18mm roller weights are made from composite material, providing a high-temperature and low-friction outer shell. This design helps prevent flat spots, ensuring consistent shifting and reliable performance. Each set contains six weights, allowing for complete replacement in your CVT system.

When to Replace Your Roller Weights

It’s important to monitor your roller weights for wear, as they are key components in your scooter's acceleration and speed capabilities. If you notice shuddering during acceleration or a decrease in top speed, it may be time to replace the weights. Keeping your variator ramps clean and dry will also help maintain performance.
