Voltage and Performance

This motor works across a 12V to 24V range. Do not exceed 24V. Output speed rises with voltage, so the motor performs best at 24V. At 12V, the speed drops, and the gearbox is designed for 24V battery use. Use it with a controller rated 40A or higher and a fuse rated 25A or higher. Using a controller or fuse below these ratings may damage the capacitor.

Installation Notes

• Professional installation is not required, but measure the motor and gearbox carefully and compare them with your existing setup before purchasing.
• The RS775 is larger than a standard RS550 motor gearbox, so the installation holes will differ. Confirm all dimensions before ordering.
• The motor does not need to be designated left or right. If steering is reversed, swap the motor cable sequence.
• This motor is not a universal fit for every vehicle. It is best suited to DIY modification or prototype replacement.
