Delivery

Returns
1. If you do not receive the items on time or if the parcel is broken/missing, please message us before opening a case/return. We will do our best to resolve it.
2. We offer a 30-day return policy from the checkout winning date.
3. An RMA number is required for all returns. Message us for return instructions. Items returned without an RMA number will not be processed.
4. Items defective upon receipt must be packaged as new and returned with a detailed description of the problem.
5. Return shipping fees are not refundable. We reserve the right to decline any returns if the above guidelines are not followed.
