Vintage 1999 Mattel Gettin’ Wet Bubba interactive talking water/bath toy in the original retail display box.

This unusual Bubba character toy was designed specifically for water play and features a fun beach/snorkeling theme with a removable-looking purple mask and green snorkel attached around the front.
