Pairing the Remote (First Use or After Battery Replacement)
The receiver must be matched to the remote the first time it is used, and again after the remote batteries are replaced.
- Install the batteries: Insert two AAA 1.5V batteries, observing the positive and negative polarity inside the battery chamber. Close the cover. The indicator will flash three times, which shows the batteries are installed correctly.
- Enter pairing mode: Press and hold the frequency key (car select) for about 2 seconds until the indicator flashes.
- Power the car: Turn on the car's power. The indicator will turn off when pairing succeeds.
- Retry if needed: If the indicator stays on, turn off the power and repeat steps 2 and 3.
