My ride-on car won’t move — what part do I need?

The battery is the #1 culprit. A worn-out 12V battery that no longer holds a charge is extremely common in cars over 2 years old. Send us your video and we’ll do our best to help identify the issue.

Can I upgrade my ride-on car to go faster or handle hills?

Yes. Upgrading from 12V to 24V, or swapping to higher-torque motors, dramatically improves speed and hill-climbing. Magic Cars specializes in performance upgrades — this is exactly what separates our vehicles from cheap flat-terrain-only cars.

My charger is missing — how do I find the right replacement?

Match the voltage (6V, 12V, or 24V) and connector type. Send a photo or short video of the battery label and charging port and we’ll do our best to match you to the right charger.

Do your parts work with other ride-on car brands?

Many standard components — especially batteries and chargers — are cross-compatible across brands. Use the form above with your item link and we’ll confirm compatibility before you order.

My car goes forward but not in reverse — is that the motor?

Often yes — either the motor on that axle or the wiring harness. A walkaround video showing the behavior helps us understand the problem faster.

My ride-on car is slow and struggles on grass or slopes — is it fixable?

In many cases yes. Cheap motors are not built for terrain. Magic Cars carries upgraded motors that handle grass, gravel, and hills much better than factory-stock units.

How long does delivery take on replacement parts?
