Before you compare it with the Power Wheels gearboxes Magic Cars carries, measure your current motor and gearbox, since this kit is meant for hobby modification projects rather than a plug-and-play fit for every vehicle.

Multi-Voltage Power Output

The kit supports 12V, 18V, and 24V power supplies. Output changes with voltage, so you can tune speed and torque to suit your build.

24V: 280W and 360 RPM

18V: 200W and 270 RPM

12V: 180 RPM

Requires a 40A or higher control box and a 25A or higher fuse.

Mismatched electrical parts can cause capacitor damage or unit failure.

Durable Gearbox Construction

The gearbox shell is made from a high-strength composite that resists deformation. Both the large and small gears use built-in bearings to reduce friction and extend service life, and the intermediate gear is metal to handle heavier, frequent use.

1:75 Gear Reduction Ratio

The 1:75 reduction balances output speed with steady torque. Paired with the high-power motor core, it suits replacement and power upgrade projects for electric ride-on toy vehicles.

Quick-Plug Installation

One-click plug-in wires make it easier to swap the unit into a compatible setup. The kit is designed to replace gearboxes with a 6-plum-blossom interface. Its mounting holes are larger than those of RS550 motors because of the bigger motor diameter, so confirm fitment before you buy.

Flexible Battery Compatibility

The kit is optimized for 24V battery systems. It also runs on 12V, though speed drops accordingly. At 12V, the gearbox still provides practical performance for ride-on car modification projects.

Shop all Power Wheels parts →

Specifications

Weight: 1 ounces

Material: Copper

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/2245/9711/files/high-speed-power-wheels-gearbox-power-wheels-motor-upgrade-2-0-80087-magiccars-variant-0.jpg?v=1793959489
https://www.magiccars.com/products/high-speed-power-wheels-gearbox-power-wheels-motor-upgrade-2-0-80087
