These weights fit a range of models, including Arctic Cat 1000cc, CFMoto 500cc-800cc, Suzuki Kingquad, SYM Maxsym, and Yamaha from 350cc-700cc. As one of the scooter variators & roller weights, they provide a unique sliding mechanism that facilitates gear ratio adjustments, promoting better CVT performance and extending the lifespan of your transmission.

Innovative Sliding Mechanism

Unlike traditional roller weights that rely on a rolling motion, Dr. Pulley's design allows the weights to glide along the ramp of the Moveable Drive Pulley (MDF). This innovative approach not only prevents abnormal wear during high gear operation but also helps maintain effective gear ratios. As a result, riders can experience improved acceleration and top speed.

Extended Longevity and Performance

These weights are constructed to withstand high temperatures and reduce friction. Their low wear properties ensure a longer lifespan compared to standard roller weights. Additionally, the sliding mechanism adjusts automatically to compensate for wear, allowing for consistent performance and effective speed management.

Specifications

Size: 30x18

Set Quantity: 8

Heat Resistance: Excellent

Friction: Low

Fitment

Compatible with a variety of vehicles, the Dr. Pulley sliding roller weights fit the following models:

Arctic Cat 1000cc (1XT, Prowler XT/Z Thundercat)

CFMoto 500cc-800cc (CF500, CF600, CF625, CF800)

Suzuki Kingquad (450, 500, 750)

SYM Maxsym (400cc, 600cc)

Yamaha (Bruin 350, Grizzly 350/400/450/550/600/660/700, Kodiak 400/450, Rhino 450/660, Viking 700, Wolverine 350/450/700)

Not sure it fits?
