With weights ranging from 4.0g to 8.0g in 0.5g increments, you can select the perfect option for your riding style. It is one of the scooter variators & roller weights that contribute to a smoother and more efficient ride. Each set contains six matched rollers, engineered to minimize vibrations during operation.

Construction and Performance

These roller weights are made from a wear-resistant polymer that prevents flat-spotting, even under extreme conditions. This material choice ensures that the rollers maintain their shape and functionality over time. Properly selected weights can improve acceleration or increase top speed, depending on your preference.

Installation and Usage Tips

When tuning your scooter, lighter weights (4.0g to 5.5g) are ideal for improved acceleration and better hill climbing. In contrast, heavier weights (6.0g to 8.0g) result in reduced engine RPM and an increased maximum speed. Always install the rollers dry to maintain peak performance in your CVT variator.

Specifications

Size: 17mm diameter x 12mm width

Quantity: 6 matched rollers per set

Available Weights: 4.0g, 4.5g, 5.0g, 5.5g, 6.0g, 6.5g, 7.0g, 7.5g, 8.0g

Fitment

This roller weight set is compatible with a range of vehicles and engines, improving their performance.

Piaggio: Zip 50, Typhoon 50, Fly 50, Liberty 50

Vespa: ET2 50, LX 50, LXV 50, S 50, Primavera 50, Sprint 50

Aprilia: SR 50 (Piaggio engine), Scarabeo 50, Sportcity One 50

Suzuki: Burgman 125 / 150

Peugeot: Speedfight 50 2T, Vivacity 50, Kisbee 50

Not sure it fits?
